Clinical Supervision
Rachel is an approved supervisor in Washington State and provides supervision hours for clinical social workers pursuing licensure (LSWAIC).
Rachel’s approach to supervision is to create space for the clinician as a whole person and has a heavy emphasis on discerning healthy boundaries, clinician self-care, processing countertransference, and acknowledging the impact of secondary trauma exposure. She has a reflective style that supports the clinician discovering their unique clinical voice while also being grounded in evidence-based practice.

Rachel offers both individual and group supervision and is happy to discuss discount options for supervision packages.
Rachel is also happy to contract with employers who want to offer supervision to their staff pursuing licensure but do not have an approved supervisor on staff. Contract work can range from group supervision, 1:1 work, or a combination of both.
Mental Health Consulting
Rachel offers single-session brainstorming sessions or project-based consultation to organizations in the health and wellness space or with building employee retention and wellness programs.
