Grace Yang, LCSW (she/her)
Grace offers a warm, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and connect with their authentic selves. She specializes in working with adult children and caregivers of immigrants, trauma survivors, and womxn of color navigating identity, culture, and family expectations. Grace’s collaborative approach helps clients process intergenerational patterns and move toward healing, joy, and self-understanding.

Alia Paget, LCSW (she/her)
Alia provides therapy rooted in curiosity, self-compassion, and holistic care. She works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and chronic illness — including Type 1 Diabetes. Drawing from a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size® framework, Alia helps clients heal their relationship with food and body while building resilience and balance in daily life.

Rachel McEvoy, LCSW (she/her)
Rachel is passionate about supporting college students and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, and life transitions. She helps clients manage anxiety, family dynamics, grief, and the stress of change with compassion and practical tools. Rachel’s collaborative, strengths-based approach empowers young adults to build self-awareness and confidence while creating lives that feel authentic and meaningful.
