Helping adult children of immigrants and womxn of color find healing, clarity, and authenticity.

Meet Grace:
Hello, I’m Grace! I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Washington State (LW61278729), and my goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, gain deeper insight, and move toward living as your most authentic self.
I believe that healing begins when we feel seen and understood. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build on your strengths, and cultivate the resilience and self-compassion needed to create meaningful change.
Areas of Focus:
-
Adult Children and Caregivers of Immigrants (especially from non-English speaking households)
-
Trauma — Chronic, Generational, and Developmental
-
Grief and Loss
-
Anxiety and Overwhelm
-
Coping with Cancer and Other Medical Conditions
My Approach:
I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach that honors your lived experience — because you are the expert of your own story. My role is to walk alongside you, offering warmth, accountability, and gentle curiosity as we navigate the challenges that have shaped you.
I’m especially passionate about supporting womxn of color, young adult caregivers, and those ready to break cycles and redefine what healing looks like in their families.
The world can be heavy, and many of us have learned to be resilient just to survive. But I also believe in the possibility of joy — in finding moments of peace, laughter, and connection even amidst pain. Therapy can be a place to rediscover that balance.

A Bit About Me:
I’ve spent the past 10 years working across healthcare systems, community mental health, and education — supporting people from all walks of life. Outside of work, I love weightlifting, traveling, reading, and spending quiet evenings at home with my partner and our dog, Luna.
